We deal with many different suppliers at Pet Mall Online so please read below for various return policies.
Items with the SKU beginning with H and a number (H2, H34, H45 for example):
- You may exchange your purchase in its original unused condition within seven (7) days for a merchandise exchange.
- There will be a minimum $5 restocking fee charged on returns.
- See sizing charts on item page. Not all items measure the same.
- Please do not exchange worn or washed clothing. Items in new unused condition will be accepted only.
- If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.
All purchases redirected to Amazon.com are subject to the return policies as defined on that site
Hand painted ceramic bowls, dishes, treat jars and pet urns:
Returns for exchange or refund will be allowed if the item is defective. Please contact us via e-mail to report all defects/returns. Note: Personalized orders cannot be
returned unless deemed defective. Since every piece is
hand-painted, no two pieces are exactly alike. There are always minor
variations in color and design from piece to piece. These variations
are the hallmark of hand-painted pottery. We would like to point out
that the color in the photos may vary from computer to computer. Not
all computer monitors are calibrated to the same standard, so the
product you receive may vary slightly in color from the photo on your
monitor. Color or piece variations will not be considered defective.
All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original
saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows
signs of having been used, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. A 25%
restocking fee will be assessed on all returns deemed to be
non-defective. We reserve the right to refuse your return based on our
return policy. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order
items or custom order items will be allowed.
Most other items are covered by the following policy:
- Shipping is non-refundable
- Pet apparel, personalized items, books and videos, and special order items such as Edemco Grooming tables cannot be returned to us unless there is a defect in workmanship in which case we will replace with an identical product.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all non-defective product returned
